Mr. FOSNER and Ms. FOSNER developed this idea slowly, at first, while holding full-time jobs as specialists for two different companies. But soon FOSNER CONSTRUCTION products and services were in such demand that CHRIS and REBECCA started full-time and employed ONE representative .
